What’s Changing in 2025?

  • Free Business Premium plans (10 users) retired from 1 July 2025
  • Office 365 E1 (grant) retired for most nonprofits

  • Discounts (up to 75%) still available on all paid nonprofit plans
  • Enterprise Agreements may still qualify for free E1 with 250 paid seats

Microsoft now provides 90 days’ notice before retiring legacy plans and another 90 days of data access after expiry.
