Baseball New Zealand (BBNZ) is the national body for baseball in Aotearoa, supporting the sport from grassroots to elite level. With four regions, 21 clubs, and thousands involved, BBNZ runs national and international events, supports community participation, and leads NZ teams on the world stage. It is backed by Sport NZ and the World Baseball Softball Confederation.

Challenge

As a small organisation, BBNZ faced several challenges. Important files were scattered across different locations, making collaboration hard.
