Working alongside The Duke of Ed, XP helped transform the Awards technology.
Call Quality: Supporting Award Leaders and partners across the country, DofE relies on their phone system. XP helped them move to a cloud-based phone system, 3CX. There were a few initial teething issues, but our team helped them resolve the issues, restoring high-quality calls.
IT Support: Waiting hours or days for fixes isn't an option for the Award. With XP, they gained a team ready to step in quickly and solve issues as they arose, without having to hire an in-house IT person. This reduced costs for them and helped their staff stay focused on what matters.
File migration: The Award needed to move their documents quickly and securely. This process is surprisingly tricky. We supported them to move their files across so they wouldn't have any interruption in their day-to-day operations.
Security: The Award team knows how important cybersecurity is in this day and age. They coordinated with XP to help with security training for the whole team, sending out monthly phishing simulations to test and train their team against cyberattacks.
Together, we strengthened the systems behind their impact. Now the Duke of Ed team can spend more of their focus on their mission.
