I am a small organisation, what Tier is best for me?
The Essentials Tier is designed for smaller budgets. It covers your IT basics every month so you can focus on your mission with peace of mind. Need more? You can always add extra services as small projects.
We have a lot of casual staff in our environment, what Tier is best for me?
The Efficiency Tier is ideal. It includes added security features like attack simulations and proactive training, essential when you have multiple contractors. This helps your team spot and stop threats before they cause harm.
What are the onboarding costs?
For organisations with 10–100 users, we offer a simple, one-time onboarding fee. If you have fewer than 10 or more than 100 users, we will create a plan that works for you.
What’s the difference between P1 and P2? Why do I need added security?
P2 adds advanced security and compliance tools to keep your data safer than P1. It is designed to protect against evolving cyber threats and meet data regulations. We recommend P2 for mid to large organisations.
What if I need something outside of my Tier description?
No problem! Services outside your tier can be scoped as a project or covered by your Sidekick Bucket of support hours, giving you 360° support when you need it.
Am I eligible? (Just for NFPs)
You qualify if you are a charity, education provider, nonprofit, or social enterprise. You will also need to use Microsoft tools, as our support is built on the Microsoft tech stack (no G-suite).
If I’m an existing client, do I qualify?
Absolutely! We will review your setup and, at the end of your current contract, move you to the tier that best fits your needs, whether that is Essentials, Efficiency, or Transformation.
Is this too rigid for my needs?
Not at all. Our tiers are starting points, and we can customise features or mix elements from other plans. Whether you are scaling up or need something tailored, we will build the right solution together.
Can I split support between users or choose who receives it?
No, support is based on your total user count. All users must be enrolled in the same tier. We review numbers quarterly with your account manager to keep things accurate.
Are all of the Microsoft licenses included?
Yes, licenses listed in each tier are included. Users must have or start an Office or Microsoft 365 account to qualify (no G-suite).
Do you give NFP license discounts?
Yes! As a Microsoft partner, we secure discounts for nonprofit clients on licenses and other Microsoft products. You will need a charity or nonprofit number to qualify.
